How to improve plant efficiency

Our team have the qualifications, training, and experience to offer innovative solutions to help improve your process efficiency and costs. Examples of recent projects in the chemical sector include Chemical Storage and Distribution, Chemical Blending, De-Cant Systems, CIP Systems, Chemical Dosing and Monitoring, PPM and Maintenance projects.

Help reduce process costs

We provide a full design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance service to our customers and this streamlined ‘one supplier’ approach means greater peace of mind for the client with reduced project cost.
We also offer 3D Laser Scanning which is an effective method of rapidly capturing site information in highly precise detail. A precise point cloud dataset is a full digital record of your process plant architecture and assets, from which accurate measurements can be taken, and data used for 3D modelling visuals as well as standard 2D plans. Laser Scanning is quicker and more accurate than traditional measurement techniques with safety benefits specifically within the chemical industry, where difficult to access areas or hazardous areas can be scanned accurately from a safe distance. These 3D data sets can then be used to appraise current systems, looking specifically for areas where rerouting, amalgamating or replacing equipment can help reduce costs both in production and employee time.

Ensure legal and H&S compliance

Regular in-house training is vital when working in the chemical industry and helps us minimise risks and lower the potential for accidents to occur. This enables us to deliver your projects in a safe and timely manner. We are proud of our exemplary safety record (a copy of which is available upon request).
