JWCI Ltd have worked in the Dairy Industry for over 25 years. The industry has evolved unrecognisably over this time, catering for the mass production of milk and other dairy products to meet the demands of the consumer. As a medium sized company, JWCI grew to keep pace with the new technologies, enabling us to meet and exceed many of our Dairy Industry customer’s expectations.
We have not forgotten our humble beginnings though and still serve the smaller dairies as well as the likes of a super dairy in Aylesbury, where we have worked since the start (the project included a large washdown system and chemical distribution along with Cravendale plant installation). This particular site operate a strict traffic light system where we received a green card in recognition of exceptional behaviour and best practice – highlighting our commitment to H&S.
All of our coded welders are experienced in the safe delivery of the rigorous high standards essential in the Dairy industry. Our quality services range from plant design and installation to process pipe-work including steam systems and CE approved general fabrication.
We specialise in the integration of new and re-cycled equipment. We can project manage the relocation of plant from sites that have been forced to close for commercial reasons with professionalism and diplomacy and re-install in the more viable sites. This includes feasibility studies and timescale appropriate re-commissioning.
